Mediterranean Tuna Salad

Ingredients
One 12.5 oz can of tuna, drained (approx. 8.5 ounces)5 tomatoes1 red onion1 sweet bell pepper (I prefer yellow for this, just from a presentation standpoint)1 hot chili pepper (to taste)2 medium cucumbers 3 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp lemon juice1 tbsp white vinegar1 tsp dill1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or basil (one or the other, not both)salt & pepper to taste (I never actually use these on this salad, but I have friends who much prefer it with the extra seasoning)

Hi everyone, Here's my Mediterranean Salad recipe. The directions are, chop the veggies, add the liquids, sprinkle on the spices, toss, serve. It keeps quite well in the fridge so I like to make it at the start of the week so I can take it to work with me.
