1 c chopped broccoli1 c frozen mixed vegetables1 cup elbow macaroni (dry)1/2 cup salsa2 tbsp sour cream
put vegetables, broccoli, macaroni, and salsa in a medium pot. add enough water to just cover the pasta. cook on medium to medium high until pasta is done, vegetables are hot, and almost all the water is absorbed. add sour cream, and stir.
