Strawberry Oat Smoothie

Ingredients
- 8 medium strawberries, frozen and coarsely chopped (chop them BEFORE freezing!)- 1 medium banana, chopped and frozen (make sure you chop it BEFORE freezing it, and try to layer the slices off of each other - makes it easier to break up in the blender).- 1/2 Cup plain oats (oatmeal works too, just make sure it's PLAIN).- 3/4 Cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk- 3/4 Cup water- 5 or so fresh mint leaves.
Directions
Place it all in a blender or food processor, mix, and enjoy!
