Gluten free pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup white rice flour1/2 tsp baking soda1 tbsp cinnamon1/2 tsp salt2 large eggs beaten1 cup dairy free milk2 tbsp fat (I used Ghee)
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stir to combine. Pour by 1/4 cup onto warm griddle. Top with desired topping and enjoy!
