Ingredients
one slice of whole wheat breadone eggone slice of fat free American cheese
Directions
Use a glass to cut a hole out of the middle of a slice of bread. Place both pieces of bread (the part you cut out and the part you cut out of) into a pan sprayed with cooking spray. Crack egg into hole. Cook for 2 minutes (or until desired doneness) then flip. Place cheese on top and let it melt.
