Ingredients
93% Lean Ground Beef, 16 oz Wild Rice, cooked, 1.5 cup Pace Picante Sauce, 24 serving Beans, black, 1.5 cup Cheese: 2% American Cheese -3 slices Canned diced tomatoes, NO SALT, drained, 1.5c
Directions
Cook ground beef. Add seasonings as desired (garlic, onion, pepper, salt, crushed red pepper). Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Simmer off juice. Add cheese on top and let melt. Serve.
