850 grams shredded carrots ( about 4 cups)Chopped Walnuts 90 grams more or less to taste...65 grams honey more or less to taste...1 tsp Oil (olive, canola, ...)Fresh Lemon juice 4 oz to tasteSalt to tast or not...Mix set for a few minutes eat...works well for several days in fridge. Serving size 100 grams.
Directions
Chop, shred, squeeze and mix. Eat.
