Ingredients
2 cup flour4 lg eggs1tsp salt1tps baking powder3 lg raw potatos.5 cup low cal margarin200 gm no fat sour cream
Directions
mix dry ingredients together to make dough. peal potatos and cut into 1/4. boil water in large pot 8-10 cups. put potatos in for 6 min. kneed dough till very tough- roll into 2.5"diam.and cut bit size slivers off and put into boiling water with potatos. dumplings will rise to top but need to cook for 15-20 min. or when potatos are done. drain . in frying pan melt butter. pour over potatos and dumplings and add sour cream. you may add more salt for taste. this serves 4 (2cups )
