1 Cup Oats1/3 - 1/2 Cup Honey (or agave or syrup)1/2 Cup Peanut Butter1/2 Cup Crushed coconut chips (or roasted flaky)1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips (or yogurt or carob)Any spices or extras such as cinnamon can also be added. Powdered sugar or cocoa for rolling.Chia seeds, flax, wheat germ, the possibilities are endless!
Directions
Mix, form balls, roll in powdered sugar, refrigerate, eat.
