*White Rice, medium grain, 3 cup (remove)Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kirkland (1 tbsp=3tsp), 3 tsp (remove)Tomato Sauce, 2 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)Garlic, 4 cloves (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp (remove)Fresh Chives, 4 tbsp chopped (remove)*Chicken Boullion (1 tsp), 6 serving (remove)
1.) brown white rice in a non-stick pan with 1-2 of oil
2.) add onion, garlic, bell peppers, stirring until onions are clear.
3.) add 16oz of tomato sauce, water, chives, cilantro, & chicken boullion
4.) stir together. bring mixture to a boil, then lower heart to simmer for 20min.
