Marinated Grilled Tofu

Ingredients
14 oz organic, firm tofu1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar1/4 cup soy sauce2 tbs sesame oil1 tbs sesame seeds1 tbs sriracha or chili garlic sauce
Directions
Press tofu in towel under heavy plates to soak up extra water. Slice tofu into 12 approx 1/4" slices and place in tupperware or shallow bowl to marinade. In a small bowl, make marinade by combining vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds and chili sauce. Stir and pour over tofu. Cover and refrigerate to marinade at least 2 hours. Spray grill with cooking spray and grill over med heat about 3 minutes per side, carefully flipping.
