Ingredients
3 Corella Pears3 Josephine Pears(pealed and cored - quartered)Coconut Palm sugarCinnamon sticklemon drizzled on Pearsspices ( ginger, cloves, cardamom etc)
Directions
Heat water and sugar and spices until sugar is melted. Slide in pears in and simmer until slightly soft.

Serving Size: 8 or more( 3 pieces of pear & 1/2 fig for each serving)
