1 pound ground beef (73% or 80% for less fat)24 ounces Hunts Pasta Sauces 15 ounces Great Value Tomato Sauce6.5 ounces Aldi's Happy Harvest Mushroom Pieces143 grams Raw Sweet Onions Chopped56 grams Red Bell Peppers Chopped82 grams Green Bell Peppers Chopped3/4 tsp Granulated Garlic1/2 tsp Black Pepper2 TBSP Granulated Sugar1 1/2 tsp Ground Oregano1 tsp Lea and Perrins Worcestershire Sauce2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Prep:
1. Chop the Onions, Red Bell peppers, and Green Bell peppers.
2. Open the Pasta Sauce, Tomato Sauce, and mushrooms.
Cooking:
1. In a large Pan combine all the ingredients EXCEPT the beef.
2. Cook the beef (break it up into small pieces)
3. Drain Beef and add it to sauce.
4. Cover and simmer for 30-45 minutes on medium, stirring occasionally.
Serving Size: Makes seven 1 Cup servings
