Ingredients
1.5 cups of romaine lettuce3.5 oz of feta9 sundried tomatoes12 large eggs2 tbsp of coconut oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place the coconut oil in the cool pan while it warms up
Heat coconut oil, feta, sundried tomatoes and romaine in your skillet. Place skillet in oven and let it bake for 12-15 minutes.
