Crustless Pizza, Williams Style

Crust3 (8 oz.) package of full fat cream cheese, room temperature1 Large Head Cauliflower or 2 16 oz. pkgs. of frozen cauliflower6 eggs1 cup grated Parmesan cheese3 tbs. garlic powder3 tsp. oregano2 tsp. red pepper flakes1 tsp. aniseTopping2 6-oz cans tomato paste or 12-oz cups pizza sauce2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese2 cans mushrooms1 large onion dice fine1 can pitted sliced olives1 lb. hot sausage1 lb. ground turkeyOther toppings as needed - pepperoni, ham, peppers
Preheat oven to 350.
Crust:
Steam cauliflower 30 minutes; let cool.
Blend cauliflower and eggs until soupy mixture in Ninja blender.
Add remainder of “Crust ingredients” blend for 2 – 3 minutes or until well mixed.
Lightly spray 2-10”×15” cookie sheets with cooking spray. Spread Crust mixture onto cookie sheets. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow crust to cool for at least 10 minutes.
Toppings
Fry sausage & ground turkey and drain
Spread pizza sauce on crust. Add meat, onion, mushrooms, olives then top with cheese. Bake @ 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serving Size: Makes 30 3"X3" Pieces
