Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 12 large (remove)Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 12 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), .25 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
spray and line muffin pan w/ham. scramble eggs with a bit of salt and pepper and pour into lined cups. sprinkle in a tbsp mixed veggies and bake approx 30 at 350 until done.
