Ingredients
*Potato, raw, 5 large (cubed)Carrots, raw, 6 medium (sliced)Onions, raw, 1 large (diced)*Summer Squash, 2 medium (sliced)Spinach, fresh, 3 cup (loosely packed)Zucchini, 3 cup (sliced) Vegetable Broth, 3 cansGarlic, 3 cloves (diced or pressed)Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Basil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Prepare the ingredients, dump it into a crock pot and cook it on low for 6 - 8 hours, until the vegetables are soft. Add in any spices you might like, the ones listed in the ingredients are just your basic suggestions.
