Pork in plum sauce

Ingredients
Pork tenderloin, lean only, 5 oz Ginger Root, 1 tbsp Garlic, 1 clove Sesame Oil, 1 tsp Kikkoman low sodium soy sauce, 2 tsp *Sushi Chef Mirin, 2 tsp Corn Starch, 2 tsp Plum sauce Golden Dragon, 3 tbsp Pepper, dash
Directions
Put the pork and all the other ingredients except the plum sauce into a bowl and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Add plum sauce. Steam 45 min.
