Mashed cauliflower

Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower (medium)ButterHeavy creamParmesan cheeseSalt, pepper, and any other seasonings you like. I love McCormick's Sea Salt and Garlic grinder and some ground pepper on this.
Directions
Chop up head of cabbage and boil until soft, about 20 minutes from start of boil. When done, drain throughly in a colander. Once excess water is strained off, put califlower into a bowl and add butter and cream. Mix with a hand blender (or mixer, blender, etc) until creamy. Add seasonings and a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese (about a tablespoon) to each serving and serve warm.
