Banana Cake, 1/18th of pan

Ingredients
Shortening, .5 cup Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove) Brown Sugar, .875 cup, packed Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 4 large Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup Banana, fresh, 2 cup, mashed *Flour, white, 1 cup *whole wheat flour (white) King Arthur, 2 cup Baking Soda, 2 tsp Salt, .5 tsp *Nestle Mini Chocolate Chips, .75 cup
Directions
Cream shortening and sugars. Add eggs & applesauce, whip until light and fluffy. Mix dry ingredients separately. Alternate adding 1/3 of banana and dry ingredients until all in. Stir in mini chips. Pour into greased (or sprayed) 9x13 pan. Bake at 325 until toothpick comes out clean (40-60 min).
