Lemon Raspberry Mug Cake

Ingredients
8 tbsp All Purpose Flour1/2 tsp Baking Powder6 tbsp Fat Free Milk2 1/2 tbsp Granulated Sugar2 1/2 tbsp Splenda 2 tbsp Unsweetened Applesauce2 tbsp Lemon JuiceLemon Zest1/4 cup Fresh Raspberries
Directions
Combine all ingredients except raspberries in small mixing bowl. Divide mixture into two microwave safe mugs. Divide raspberries between mugs and stir gently. Place in microwave and cook on high for 2 1/2 minutes or until top of cake is dry.

Serving Size: Makes two mugs.
