Raw Salsa

Ingredients
3 Medium Tomatoes1/2 a small onion1 chilli pepper1tsp dried coriander leaflime juice (from one wedge)small splash of water.
Directions
Finely dice the tomatoes, onion and chilli pepper (de-seed if you want) and combine in a small bowl.

Add the coriander, lime juice and a little water and stir.

Serve straight away - though this will keep in the fridge if you want to make it ahead of time.
