Fresh Currant Walnut Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
1 egg or egg replacer (Tbsp chia and 3 Tbsp water)1/2 cup applesauce1/4 cup dark brown sugar, packed1 cup greek yogurt, plain1.5 tsp cinnamon1 tsp allspicepinch salt1/2 cup whole wheat flour1.5 cups oats2/3 cup chopped walnuts1.5 cups fresh currants
Directions
Mix chia with water and let gel for 5 minutes (or whisk an egg) in a large bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients in order.
Put into muffin tins.
Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes.
