Ingredients
1 seedless cucumber, diced1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered2 hass avocados, diced15.5 oz can no sodium added black beans, rinsed and drained1 tbsp red onion, minced3 tbsp cilantro, minced2 limes, juice ofsalt and fresh pepper
Directions
1. Combine all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
