Coconut Flour Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1/4 c. coconut flour1/4 tsp. baking powder1/4 tsp. salt3 eggs3 T. melted coconut oil or butter3 T. honey1/4 tsp. vanilla1/4 tsp almond extract1 large banana, mashed
Directions
Preheat oven to 400º. Line pan with cupcake liners or spray with non-stick spray. Sift dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients and dry to wet. Fold in banana. Bake 16 - 18 minutes.
