Cheddar Corn Bread Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients
15 Jalapenos, cleaned, seeded and halved1 Box Jiffy Corn Bread mix1/2 Cheddar Cheese (Reserve 1/4 cup)
Directions
Clean and half 15 jalapenos. Pat dry. Mix Jiffy as directed on box. Add 1/4 cup cheese. Stir until blended. Stuff pepper halves with mix. Bake 15 to 20 mins. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and melt.

Serving Size: Makes 30 halved poppers.
