Ingredients
14.5 oz box Barilla multigrain pasta1/2 c red onion1/2 c green pepper1 cup cherry tomatoes1 cup cucumber2 cups fresh broccoli 2 lg stalks celeryDressing:1/2 cup Greek yogurt - fat free1/2 cup light mayonnaise 1/2 cup hidden valley light ranch dressing
Directions
Cook paster per box instructions - rinse and cool
Blanch Broccoli 2-3 minutes
Chop all fresh ingredients
Toss all fresh ingredients
Dressing: mix yogurt, mayonnaise and ranch dressings together. Additional seasoning to your taste.
Combine all ingredients, chill before serving
