8 cups cooked chickpeas (garbanzos)1/2 cup organic tahini1/4 cup organic toasted sesame oil1 cup cider vinegar (you can use lemon juice instead if you like. I used what I had.)1/4 cup garlic powder2 tbsp onion powder2 tbsp dry basil1 tsp dry parsley2 tbsp dry dill weed1 tbsp dry oreganoSalt to tasteBlack or white pepper to taste
In blender or food processor, or in a large bowl with an immersion blender, combine all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
