Ingredients
1 large cabbage, cored and cut up, raw1 pound ground beef (or turkey, or pork- nutrition facts with beef)1 medium onion, chopped1 cup uncooked brown rice29oz can tomato sauce1 cup watersalt + pepper to taste
Directions
In crockpot, layer cabbage, uncooked ground meat, onion, uncooked rice, remained of cabbage, then tomato sauce. Add 1 cup water and salt and pepper. Cook on LO setting at least 6 hours (the longer the better).
