Orange Buttercream Frosting

I cup softened butter (salted)*3 cups confectioners sugar1/4 cup orange juice2 tsp orange zest * If using unsalted butter add a pinch of salt.
Cream the soft butter with a mixer about 2 minutes
Add the confectioners' sugar in 3 batches, mix after each addition
Add orange juice, orange zest (and salt*)
Beat on medium speed about 5 minutes, until light and fluffy.
Serving Size: frosts 12 cupcakes
