Chicken Burrito

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts cooked and shredded4 flour Tortillas1 1/2 cups reduced fat sour cream1 1/2 cups cream of chicken soup1 cup salsa1 onion1 cup mushrooms1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese1/2 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese1 Tbs cilantro1 oz green chilies
Directions
**Pre-heat oven to 350**
In a skillet on medium heat. chop onion and cook with mushrooms salt and pepper till soft. Add chicken, sour cream, chicken soup, and cilantro and cook till hot.

Warm tortillas to make them more plyable. Spoon 1/4 of chicken mixture in each tortilla. sprinkle cheese on top and roll up like a burrito. Place seam side down in a cassarole dish. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

Serve with salsa (more sour cream if desired)
