Diet Soup

Ingredients
3 cups celery - chopped2 cups cabbage - chopped1 cup onion - chopped1 tbs tomato paste2 tsp better than bouillon base (any flavor)4 cups waterSalt, Pepper, Garlic, Thyme, and Basil to taste
Directions
Add all ingredients to stock pot and simmer until veggies are tender.

Optional: When finished cooking, blend to make a smooth soup.

Serving Size: Approx. six 1 cup servings.
