Homemade pepperoni pizza

Ingredients
31/2 c white flour1 oz. yeast1 tsp. granulated sugar2 tsp. kosher salt2 T. olive oil1 1/2 c. warm water8 oz. can tomato sauce1 tsp. oregano1 tsp. basil1/4 c. raw diced onions16 oz. mozarella cheese, part skim
Directions
For crust: mix together 3 1/2 c. white flour, 1 oz. yeast, 1 tsp. granulated sugar, 2 tsp. kosher salt, 1 1/2 c. warm water and 2 T. olive oil. Knead, and let rise 1 hr. Divide in two. Let sit 10 minutes. Dust pizza pans with cornmeal. Spread dough onto pans. Prebake crust for 5 minutes at 400 degrees.
Sauce: Mix tomato sauce, oregano and basil. Spread 4 oz on each pizza crust.
Toppings: Put 15 pepperoni, 1/8 c. onion, and 8 oz. of shredded mozarella on each sauce covered crust. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
