Cilantro Mint Chutney

Ingredients
2 tbsp Olive oil4 ounces tap water2 C Cilantro1/2 cup Onion, diced1 tbsp lime juice1 tsp. lime rinds1 C jalapeņo1 tbsp kosher salt
Directions
Puree all ingredients in a blender. Add slight of water if too thick and leave sauce some texture

Serving Size: serve 16-2 ounces of spread
