Doug's Berry and Brown Rice Protein Shake

Ingredients
2 TB Jarrow Organic Brown Rice Protein concentrate, 1 C. Trader Joe's Unsweetened Coconut Milk 3/4 c. Fresh Strawberries 1 TB Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1/2 C. Fresh Spinach 1/4 C. Fresh Kale 1/2 C. Water Ice Cubes as needed
Directions
Pour coconut milk in a high powered blender such as Vitamix. Add remaining ingredients and blend on X-Smoothie speed till smooth and veggies and fruit are blended in. Add ice cube as needed to make thicker.
