Foil-Pack Chicken and Broccoli and Mushroom Dinner

24 ounce boneless skinless chicken breast cutlets; 6 oz each.4 cups broccoli florets1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese1 cup sliced mushrooms3 cloves garlic minced4 tablespoons lite ranch dressing.
Oven to 400 degrees.
Spray 4 large sheets of heavy-duty foil with oil.
Place chicken in center of foil
Top chicken with 1 cup broccoli and 1/4 cup of mushrooms and minced garlic.
Sprinkle with 1/4 of cheese.
Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of dressing.
Bring up foil sides and fold to seal, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Place packets on a cookie sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Remove packets let stand for 5 mins.
Cut slits in foil for steam before opening.
Serving Size: Makes 4 six ounce chicken pieces.
