Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey3 slices gluten free bread, crumbled1 large egg2 tbsp soy sauceGround sage to tasteItalian blend seasoning to taste1 squirt (about 1 tbsp) ketchup1 squirt (about 2 tsp) mustard
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Put meat mixture into nonstick loaf pan. Bake at 375 for 60 minutes
