Ingredients
*Trader Joes Butcher Shop - Ground Turkey Breast 99% Fat Free (4 oz), 24 oz (remove) *Green Pepper (bell pepper), 0.5 cup (remove) Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove) Oats, Quaker, 1 cup (remove) Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large (remove) Hunt's Ketchup, 3 tbsp (remove) Salt, 1 tsp (remove) Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove) *1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp (remove) *Parsley, dried, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
mix all ingredients and place in muffin tins or you could shape into a loaf
