Udon leftover meat and veg stir fry

1/2 tsp garlic1/4 tsp onion flake 1 pk udon noodles (200 grams)3/4 cup carrots1 cup zucchini58 grams chicken63 grams pork1/2 cup red pepper1/2 tsp yakisoba sauce
spray frying pan with cooking oil and add garlic.
boil noodles in water, 7 minutes
add carrots to garlic while noodles are boiling, along with onion flakes
then zucchini
then meats
then noodles and red pepper, and yakisoba sauce
fry up till browned
yum delish!
