Taco Salad

Ingredients
4 ounces 93% lean ground turkey meat1/4 cup tomatoes1/4 cup shredded cheese 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce1 Tbsp chopped onions1 tsp chili powder corn tortilla
Directions
Brown turkey meat in skillet, and sautee onions with it. Stir in chili powder. Chop lettuce and onions. Tear tortillas into bits or strips. Crisp under broiler, in microwave, or add to beef and onions until crunchy or crisp. Stir in cheese to mixture, and toss with the lettuce and tomatoes. Enjoy.
