Banana Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
2-1/2 cups old fashioned oats1 cup Greek yogurt (low fat or nonfat)2 eggs3/4 cup Stevia in the Raw (for baking)1-1/2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda2 bananas1 serving cup of sliced peaches/or apple sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Put batter into muffin pan sprayed with canola spray or lined with muffin paper.
Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Serving Size: Makes 18 cupcakes - 1 cupcake per serving
