Greenling, Pasta alla Zucca

1. Cut chicken into 1/4 in cubes
2. Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil in a large pot and cook pasta according to package directions
3. While water is waiting to boil, heat a large skillet and add butter
4. Once butter is melted, add red pepper, cook for 30 seconds
5. Add chicken and cook 10-15min until cooked through
6. Add squash to skillet, season to taste with salt and pepper, and cook 12-15 min until soft
7. Add cream cheese and basil, cook 2-3 min until cheese has melted into a sauce
8. Combine pasta with chicken mixture
