Grilled Peach Salad

Ingredients
6 large peaches6 cups baby spinach½ cup thinly sliced red onion½ cup bottled organic balsamic vinaigrette1/2 cup Cherry or Grape tomatoes, halved
Directions
Preheat grill to medium heat. Cut peaches in
half; remove pits. Grill 2 minutes per side or until lightly browned. Remove peaches from grill, and thinly slice. Combine peaches, spinach, onion, tomatoes, and vinaigrette in a large bowl, tossing to combine.
