Mushroom Gouda Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients
5 Chicken breasts (about 2lbs) - pounds them out to 1/2 in1 cup chopped mushroomCubed gouda cheese (I had a 7 oz small waxed wheel)3 tsp Wildtree Garlic Herb Blend1/2 cup of flour1tsp Wildtree Rotisserie Chicken Blend 2tb Wildtree Grapeseed oil ToothpicksWax paper/Plastic wrap
Directions
Pound chicken breasts to 1/2 in thickness between wax paper or plastic wrap with metal mallet.
Mix mushrooms, cheese and garlic herb blend in bowl.
Place equal amoutns of stuffing mixture into each chicken breast. Roll and secure with toothpicks. Roll lightly in flour with rotisserie blend.
Heat grapeseed oil in pan - cook chicken breast until done - turning to each side. May need to finish in oven.
