Fish Stick Casserole

Ingredients
12 oz frozen shredded hash browns, thawed1 c 2% shredded cheddar cheese1 c liquid egg substitute2 c skim milk27 frozen fish sticks1 Tbsp dried minced onion1 tsp dried dill weed1/8 tsp black pepper1/2 Tbsp seasoned salt
Directions
~Preheat oven to 350°
~In large bowl combine egg substitute, milk, and seasonings until well mixed.
~Stir in potatoes and cheese. Pour into 9x13" pan sprayed with cooking spray.
~Arrange fish sticks on top (perfectly fits 3 rows of 9)
~Bake, uncovered for 50 minutes, or until fish sticks are golden brown on top.
