Pistachio Pudding Ice Cream

Ingredients
1 box sugar free fat free instant pistachio pudding mix2 c skim milk8 oz cool whip light
Directions
Mix cold milk in with dry pudding mix. Let sit for a few minutes to begin setting up. Mix in chilled but not frozen cool whip until creamy. Divide into 5 - 1 cup bowls with lids. Place in freezer to finish setting up.
