Crock Pot Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
20 oz Ground Turkey (93% lean)1/3 cup seasoned breadcrumbs1/2 a bell pepper (any color)1/4 a red onionHandful of baby carrots (I had 8 on hand)1/3 cup of milk (I used 1%)1 whole egg + 1 egg whiteSeason to tasteOptional: Ketchup, mustard, or another glaze of choice (not entered into nutritional info)
Directions
Process vegetables in a food processor. Place in a large bowl. Beat eggs with milk. Add to veggies. Add breadcrumbs to veggies, and combine until blended. Add ground turkey and combine. Form meat in the shape and size of a bread loaf, and place in slow cooker. Cook on high for 3-4 hours, or on low for 5-7 hours, until done. Let rest for 20-30 minutes.
