Ingredients
4 egg whites1/4 tsp cream of tartar1 cup sugar1 T peppermint extract
Directions
Beat egg and cream until foamy. Add sugar in small amounts, continuing to beat. Beat in extract for 30 minutes.
Spoon onto brown paper bags and cook at 250 for 45 minutes.
