Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (remove)Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup (remove)Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove)Canned Tomatoes, 4.5 cup (remove)Crushed Tomatoes, 784 grams (remove)Garlic, 6 tsp (remove)Seasoned Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 0.25 tbsp (remove)Oregano, ground, 0.5 tsp (remove)Basil, 1 tbsp (remove)Parsley, dried, 0.75 tsp (remove)
makes appox 12 - 1 cup servings
fry ground beef and drain add garlic, and onions until soft. Add remaning vegetables (mushrooms last if you use canned) add all of the spices and continue to fry until soft. Add the diced tomatoes (if you use canned - strain them first and keep 2 cups of the juice) add crushed tomatoes and the 2 cups of juice. SImmer on low for 15 minutes.
