Black Bean and Corn Salad

Ingredients
1 clove garlic, minced2 cups black beans, drained1 cup frozen sweet cornJuice of 1/2 a medium lime1 medium red pepper, diced1 medium white onion, diced3 roma tomatoes, dicedsalt & pepper, to taste1/8 tsp cumin, optional but adds a nice flavor
Directions
Chop up ingredients and mix. Add frozen corn, still frozen. Mix. Let sit in refrigerator for 1-4 hours to let the flavors marinate.
